PRIVATE EVENT SECURITY

When it comes to security for a huge gala, annual charity event or a private wedding ceremony, security is one of the most important components. Keeping guests safe while not disturbing the atmosphere of the function is one the things that First Team Security does best.  Knowing when to engage and how to engage in a situation is critical in any event setting.   First Team Security understands that trust is paramount, and you can always count on us to make the right decisions.   Whether we have to do advance detail or coordinate with the security team of a celebrity guests, First Team Security will do whatever it takes to ensure that all details have been considered and a good time will be had by all.  

Our upscale event security can include the following services:

  • Complete a walk through at least a week prior to the event

  • Develop a specific security strategy based on facility layout

  • Develop an emergency evacuation plan        

  • Assist in the check in process

  • Greet and assist all guests throughout the event

  • Secure and maintain all entrances and exits

  • Coordinate with security teams attending with invited guests

  • Meet with Local Law Enforcement when necessary

  • Prevent security situations from escalating

  • Assist in getting everyone out in an emergency

The total cost of our services can only be determined after specific security needs are evaluated and discussed after a walk through is completed.
